about me

As you probably can already tell, I'm a words-enthusiast. I'm currently studying communications at my dream school, the University of Michigan, in hopes to one day use my words to reach people.

I guess this is the beginning of that-- kinda crazy.

I hope you find something within the pages of this website that speak to you.

I hope you find comfort in the joys and even the struggles, and understand that you are not alone. I hope you find truth in the words that I've so carefully crafted to place into the hands and hearts of people like you.

Thank you, and most of all, I hope you find enjoyment in traveling on this journey with me.

Welcome!

You've stumbled across my EPortfolio. I want to say congratulations, but truthfully I feel like just saying thank you. This website is a conglomeration of not only the hard work I have put in throughout the semester, but also a manifestation of all the writing I've done since I was able to hold a pen. Having someone see it is mind-blowing and I'm flattered beyond belief.

about the project

The introduction course to the Sweetland Minor in Writing at U-M is a chance to revisit your past as a writer before continuing on the path toward the future. For this class we were asked to choose an old piece of writing and transform it into three different projects, all called "experiments" for the sake of being unfinished. After completing them, we were required to choose one experiment to realize into a full, final project. This portfolio is a living record of the adventure it has been to arrive at that final sentence of the finished project.
